We are in a transitional mode. We still hold our monthly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. We are pulling back from sponsoring exercise classes. We still sponsor and host one class Wednesdays at 11:00 am mostly using Power for Parkinson's You Tube videos. These two activities take place at the Senior Activities Center. in Pocatello.
The Monday 5:00 pm class which had been led by Physical Therapist Carolyn Weber has been turned over to her business, Weber Physical Therapy and Wellness. The classes are now held at Dales Inc at 2050 Garrett Way room 600 in the old Garrett Building. The Friday night Therapeutic Dance class has always been handled by professional Square dance caller Steve Sullivan. We still recommend both of these as being good for PWP along with several other facilities in Pocatello such as the Community Recreation Center, Elevate Fitness, Golds Gym, and others that offer exercise classes. Another facility is working on offering a boxing program and is moving along well.
